This beautiful coffee comes from the village of Wadi Sayl, nestled in the highlands of Haraz, Yemen. It’s grown by Ghalib, a talented and passionate farmer we’ve worked with for over six years. Even before Mocha Origins began, Ghalib’s dedication and skill stood out — and every year, his coffee continues to impress us with its rich flavor and consistent quality.

Ghalib’s work has earned international recognition, including Gold Awards at the International Tasting Championship in both 2019 and 2020.

This year, we chose to return to tradition, using Yemen’s classic natural process, where the cherries are slowly sun-dried. Combined with the area’s volcanic soil and high altitude, Ghalib’s careful methods have created a cup that’s vibrant, elegant, and deeply memorable.
